Mark Haigler- Solar Panel Installation Technician
Mark is a former US Army Electrician which gives him excellent skills to perform Solar Panel Installation. Mark Haigler is responsible for installing solar panels at the customers’ premises, checking the installation site, understands the layout requirement as per design, assesses precautionary measures to be taken, installs solar panels as per customer’s requirement and ensures the effective functioning of the system post-installation.
Personal Attributes- Mark consistently performs his duties beyond the scope of his responsibilities to ensure a seamless job. Mr. Haigler is courteous to clients as well as to fellow co-workers and punctual as well as reliable.

They have installed over 100 systems with many excellent references for both residential and commercial jobs. They are now into their 15th year of installing photovoltaic systems, wind turbines, battery back-ups, hot water heating for farms and more. They are actively working on our larger projects.

Wayne has shadowed and trained under the team- Gary & Nellie Holliday for over a year of on-the-job training in all phases of solar installations, with constant back-up from the original owners.
Personal Attributes: Wayne has managed over 5 US Porche Dealerships and owned and managed a very successful Marina and boat sales facility in the state of Connecticut before coming to NC to take care of his mother for the last four years of her life.
His ability to manage employees and bring about the best customer service is totally legendary.
Wayne’s theory is “It's not just about the customer always being right” it's about treating your customers like you'd treat your family. And that doesn't happen by talking down to them or looking for any possible way to extract more money from them. It happens by truly going out of your way for them and adding enormous amounts of value to the equation.
